Terms and conditions of entry
1. Entry into a competition implies full acceptance of all conditions of entry, including the instructions on how to enter. Only one draw can be listed. Entry is open to all residents of Australia only. Employees and immediate families of the promoter, associated companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Universal Magazines, Unit 5, 6-8 Byfield St, North Ryde NSW 2113.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. Closing date for entry will be August 7th, 2014. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. All entries into the competition automatically agree to receive the Australian Country eNewsletter.
6. Prizes are subject to availability, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any change in value of the prize(s) is not the responsibility of the promoter. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes will be awarded on basis of merit. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
7. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. All entries become the property of the promoter. The entries may be entered into a database for future marketing, promotional and publicity purposes. Please see privacy note below for further information.
9. Winners must agree to provide information for editorial and publicity use (if required). No responsibility accepted for lost, misdirected or delayed mail.
