The“Guttering that Really Works!” Promotion: Terms and Conditions
1. Only one entry per household is permitted.
2. Only NSW residents 18 years of age and over are eligible to enter the competition.
3. The prize is not transferable for cash or goods (including guttering products), unless the prize winner has purchased
guttering products from Easy Fall Guttering Pty Ltd within the competition period (as per item 22 of these terms and
conditions); in which case, the prize winner will be awarded the cash amount in lieu of the prize payable in 6 monthly
instalments over a 6 month period.
4. Employees, former employees, associates or former associates or relatives, representatives or agents of Easy Fall
Guttering Pty Ltd or of its employees, are not eligible to enter.
5. Only one drawing is to be conducted with this promotion.
6. Entry to the competition can be made by completing the competition form at any of the shopping centre or trade
show displays and then placing it in the entry box provided, or by submitting details electronically by using the devices
provided, or
7. Entry to the competition can also be made online by visiting www.easyfall.com.au and following the links, provided
that you are a NSW resident.
8. Entry to the competition is free.
9. A separate entry form or electronically submitted entry is required for each entrant.
10. Two prizes only will be awarded at the draw.
11. The first prize is the complete Easy Fall Guttering System to the value of $7,000.00
12. The second prize is the Easy Fall Leaf-guard, to the value of $2,500.00

14. The competition period and drawing date are as follows: Competition period: 09/09/2017 to 26/09/2018; which
includes the re-draw date if needed. The Drawing Date is Friday 7th September, 2018. The closing date/time for
entries is 5pm, Thursday 6th September 2018.
15. The guttering prize/s will be awarded by delivery to the winner’s home, within a reasonable, mutually agreed timeframe,
with consideration that the goods are required to be manufactured and are custom-made to fit the home.
16. The prize/s will be considered claimed, when upon notification of the draw result, the winner agrees to accept the
prize.
17. If a prize is not claimed by Wednesday 19/09/2018, a redraw will take place on Thursday 20/09/2018.
18. The electronic draw will take place at 12md, on Friday 7th September, 2018.
19. Winners will be notified by phone, and by confirmation in writing: by email or post.
20. Subject to the prize being claimed, the winners’ names and suburb of their address will be published in the Sydney
Morning Herald on Wednesday 12th September, 2018. The winners’ names, suburb, a brief description and/or
photograph/s will also be published in the Easy Fall Guttering website, and this information may also be used for
further promotional purposes and on social media.
21. At Easy Fall Guttering Pty Ltd we value our customer’s privacy. The entry form, and/or data collected from electronic
entries will be exclusively used by Easy Fall Guttering Pty Ltd for the competition and for marketing and promotional
purposes only. By entering you acknowledge that you may be contacted by phone for such purposes within the
competition period, up to the close of business on Wednesday 20/09/2018. Our privacy policy can be viewed at

22. The competition period is 09/09/2016 to 20/09/2018.
23. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. The promoter is Easy Fall Guttering Pty Ltd, ABN 86 151 736 695, Unit 1 / 105 Mulgrave Road, Mulgrave NSW 2756.
25. This competition is Authorised under NSW Permit Number: LTPS/17/17579.
26. Any purchasers of the Easy Fall Guttering System or Easy Fall Leaf-Guard throughout the competition period are also
eligible to enter the draw.
27. Easy Fall Guttering Pty Ltd is a retail supplier of guttering products, therefore neither prize includes installation
services. The prizes consist of supply of guttering products only, from Easy Fall Guttering Pty Ltd. If requested, we can
refer the prize winner to authorised, licenced installers to install our products.
