5. The giveaway will run from January 16 to February 11, 2023, 11pm AEDT. After this date no further entries to the giveaway will be included. 6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The prize is valued at $315 and is as follows: x1 case of each flavour Malocchio Hard Seltzer (x1 24pk Black Cherry, x1 24pk Finger Lime and x1 24pk Kakadu Plum, total x72 250mL cans) per publication. The prize includes free shipping within Australia and will require a valid ID and signature on delivery. The promoters are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. 9. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries submitted via Beat and Forte online that are received by February 11 2023, 11pm AEDT and verified by the promoters. 10. The promoters decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the giveaway will be entered into. 11. The winner will be notified on February 12, 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by responding within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 12.
