Entry is open to people who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Deaf Connect, their immediate families, and those involved in the administration of the draw are ineligible.

To enter, participants must purchase tickets online, available in books of varying amounts, starting at $2. Each ticket gives an entry into the draw.
