The Trend Micro ANZ $1000 Prepaid Mastercard Competition (“Promotion”) is based on the following terms and the information published on how to enter ("Terms"). Please read these Terms before entering the Promotion. If you participate in the Promotion you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the Terms.

The Trend Micro ANZ $1000 Prepaid Mastercard Competition (“Promotion”) is based on the following terms and the information published on how to enter ("Terms"). Please read these Terms before entering the Promotion. If you participate in the Promotion you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the Terms.
Eligibility
Entry is open to all individuals who comment on the Trend Micro ANZ post on Facebook in Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years of age or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of We Are Social Pty Ltd, Trend Micro Incorporated. (“Trend Micro”), and their associated agencies and related bodies corporate (“Eligible Entrant”).
Start and end dates for Promotion
The Promotion commences on Wednesday 22nd June 2016 at 8:00 (AEST) and concludes on Tuesday 28th June 2016 at 23:59 (AEDT) (“Promotion Period”). Entries must be received by the closing date and time set out in point 2. The time of entry will in each case be the time the comment is posted by the entrant.
How to enter the Promotion
The Promotion will be advertised on:

Primary Entry
To enter, you must: Visit the Trend Micro ANZ Facebook Page and answer the question “What is the worst scam or hoax you've ever come across online?” in the form of a comment on the competition post in 25 words or less. Each valid Primary Entry will entitle you to one (1) entry in the prize draw.
How many times can I enter the Promotion?
There is no limit to entries.
Promotion prizes
The prize pool for this Promotion is as follows: One (1) winner will be selected as the prize winner, who will winner will receive one (1) Prepaid Mastercard with the value of $1000 The total prize pool is $1000. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed. This competition is in no way promoted or associated with Facebook or Twitter.
Prize Draw
At the end of each weekly Promotion Period, a judging panel will review all entries submitted. The judging panel resides at 107 Regent Street, Chippendale, NSW 2008, Australia. The entry that is judged the best and most creative will be deemed the winners. The winners will be notified of their Prize via Facebook by Thursday 30th June 2016. By entering this Promotion, you agree to your name being published on Trend Micro ANZ Facebook page if you are a Winner.
Unclaimed prize draw
If a Prize remains unclaimed on Thursday 7th July 2016 at 13:00 (AEDT), an unclaimed prize draw will take place at We Are Social Pty Ltd at 107 Regent St Chippendale, NSW 2008 on Thursday 7th July at 14:00 (AEDT). The Winner will be notified within 2 days of the draw and will be notified of their Prize via Facebook.
Change of contact details
If your details change at any time between the date you enter the Promotion and the relevant draw date, please notify the Promoter. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries or Prizes that cannot be submitted or delivered because your details have changed. In the event of any uncertainty as to the claim to a Prize or the identity of a Winner, the Prize will be forfeited.
When will an entry be invalid or rejected?
Entries into the Promotion may be invalid or the Promoter may reject entries if Trend Micro or the Promoter reasonably forms the opinion that an entry is invalidated for any reason, including but not limited to the entry being: made using automated entry means or by use of a computer entry service; late; incomplete; incorrect or incomprehensible, including if an entrant provides the wrong details; breaches Trend Micro’s User Agreement; fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter or Trend Micro; unlawful; offensive, or contains profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence; capable of giving rise to civil liability; made on behalf of an entrant by a third party or otherwise by proxy; the entrant fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter’s satisfaction; or submitted in a manner that is not accordance with these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process. The cost of accessing the promotional website and entering the Promotion will be borne by the entrant.
Other terms
If you are a Winner: The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter, Trend Micro and their related bodies corporate are not responsible or liable for any loss or damages incurred by any party if any Prize is unavailable; the Prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry. However, in the event of a dispute between the entrant and the account holder, the Prize will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry (i.e. Facebook account holder); once any Prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter, Trend Micro, their related bodies corporate and any other entities associated with the Promotion are not liable or responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Prizes; The Promoter may ask you to provide proof of your age, identity and residency, and to sign any required documentation including release forms as a condition of claiming the Prize; there may be tax implications from winning a Prize in this Promotion, please seek independent financial advice before you accept the Prize; and it is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the Prize to the Winner, the Winner hereby permits the Winner’s idea to appear in connection with Trend Micro and its related bodies corporate or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. You must ensure that your entries are received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter not time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter, Trend Micro and their related bodies corporate are not responsible for any entries not received or for any delays in the delivery of any entries. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. All entrants unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge Facebook from any and all liability in relation to this Promotion. If for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any direction given under the relevant state/territory permit regulations and/or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Trend Micro and the Promoter, including their related bodies corporate, exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to: any technical difficulties, technical error or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter or Trend Micro’s control); any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay, defect, theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms; any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Eligible Entrant; or use of a Prize.
Collection of your personal information
All entries become the property of the Promoter and Trend Micro. The Promoter collects and uses your personal information to enable it to administer this Promotion. Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties including marketing and communications agencies in order to conduct this Promotion and to the authorities responsible for the regulation of lotteries. Winners' names will be published and retained as required by relevant legislation and as specified in these Terms. The Promoter is We Are Social Pty Ltd, (ABN: 78 143 087 852) of 107 Regent St Chippendale, NSW 2008.
