Win a $1,000 'Officeworks' gift voucher + MORE! (Students ONLY) - Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of entry.
2. All entries must be submitted via http://www.officeworks.com.au/campaigns/back-to-uni
3. The prize draw is open to all university students residing in Australia aged 18 years and
older.
4. To make a valid entry, entrants must
1. Complete the Savvy Skater game
2. Provide their First name, Last name, Email and Year of Study
3. Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they like, however the winners
will only be eligible for a maximum of two prizes.
4. There will be seventeen (17) prizes that entrants can win. The prizes are 16 x $250
Officeworks Gift Cards & 1 x $1000 Officeworks Gift Card. The total value of all prizes
is $5,000.
5. Four winners will be selected per week for the $250 Officeworks Gift Card. The $1000
Officeworks Gift Card will be awarded to the overall highest scorer.
6. A player who has won a $250 gift card will also be eligible to win the $1000
Officeworks Gift Card.
7. Officeworks reserves the right to approve or reject any or all entries at their
discretion.
8. Entries are open from 8.00am AEST on Monday 13 th February 2017 to 17:00pm AEST
on Tuesday 14 th March 2017.
9. Be able to provide upon request a valid and current student card proving their
current student status.
5. The Promoter will announce the winners on the 20th of March 2017 after 15:00 AEST
6. The winners will be notified via email and/or phone. If any winner does not respond to the
email or telephone call within ninety (90) days of the notification, the Promoter has the right
to redraw and select a new winner for any prize that has not been responded to.
7. Should any entrants be deemed ineligible the Promoter will select any revised winners at
Officeworks Support Centre, 236-262 East Boundary Road Bentleigh East Victoria 3165
Australia. Revised winners will ne notified on Monday 12 th June 2017 after 15:00 AEST.
8. The winners will be required to confirm their postal address once contacted via email or
telephone call in order to redeem their prize.
9. Following confirmation of postal address, the winners will receive their prize by courier.
Officeworks is not responsible for loss or damage of prizes.
10. Winners for the competition will be published on

11. Winners for the competition may be published by Officeworks in their social media platforms, and print and online marketing collateral at Officeworks’ discretion.
12. Entrant warrants that the entry is not abusive, does not defame, cause injury to or invade the privacy of or otherwise infringe or violate any intellectual property rights of any third party.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely in connection with this promotion. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. Failure to comply with this term will disqualify the winner from receiving the prize.
15. Prizes in any of the draws cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
16. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The prize winners will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the
prizes.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or
consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with your entry and/or the use of any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the competition where it will corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion. The Promoter further reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers, engages in fraudulent activity or other unauthorised intervention with the entry process.
20. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. Caution: any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promoter’s website or the information on the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Entry or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
21. Each entrant agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winners’ names in any media as required under the relevant government legislation.
22. Officeworks employees (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
