c. follow the prompts on the entry page to fully complete the online entry form including their full name, email address, phone number, postcode and their most creative message of support to the athletes competing in (in 25 words or less);
d. confirm that they have read these Terms and Conditions by ticking the box that reads "I have read the terms and conditions"; and
e. submit the completed entry form.
The first prize is a prepaid VISA card valued at $1,000 ("the First Prize").
The second prize is the second placed winner's choice of the following NSW Wheelchair Sports Road Show packages which must be taken at a location in New South Wales agreed between the Wheelchair Sports NSW and the winner:
a. School Roads Safety Program on a date to be agreed between the parties, valued at $450 RRP; or
b. Corporate Team Building Program on a date to be agreed between the parties, valued at $2,000 RRP,
