The promoter is The Block Shop Pty Limited ABN 55 161 743 237 (“Promoter”); The retailer is Provincial Home Living Pty Ltd ABN 917 973 410 706 ("Retailer").
ELIGIBILITY:
Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter;
The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries at 12 pm Monday 31st of October, 2022.
This competition is only open to Australian residents.
HOW TO ENTER:
This is a game of chance and the winner will be drawn randomly from all entries received. The judge’s decision is final and no negotiation or correspondence will be entered into;
Only entries that comply with the entry requirements will be accepted;
Entrants can only enter in their own email address. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not under any obligation to notify an entrant of an invalid entry. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries;
By entering the Promotion, the entrant gives the Promoter permission to pass their email address to the participating Retailers for the purpose of receiving communications about the Retailer's products.
The Promoter shall endeavour to contact the winner via their email account within two (2) weeks of the prize draw. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted after three (3) weeks, an alternate winner will be selected and the original winner will forfeit any prize. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via email and will be published on the Promoter’s website at its discretion;
PRIZE:
The total prize value is $1000 consisting of 1 x $1,000 Provincial Home Living Gift Card. The prize Is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash. Winners will have two months to collect their prize from Provincial Home Living.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
