Terms and Conditions
1. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Information on ‘How to enter’ also forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
3. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, the promoter is Country Road Limited of 658 Church Street, Richmond, Victoria, 3121, Australia (ABN: 78 006 759 182) (“Promoter”).
4. Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are 18 years and older (excluding employees of the Promoter and associated agencies and companies, and their immediate families) (“Entrant”). For the purpose of this clause, "immediate families" of an employee includes his or her spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, step-child, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousin.
5. The competition commences at 5:30pm AEST on Thursday 10 April 2014. Entries close on Sunday 27 April 2014 at 11:59pm AEST (“Competition Period”).
How to enter:
6. By entering this competition and correctly answering question on the competition form, Entrants become eligible for the chance to win the prize as described below.
7. Entrants may enter the competition by completing the form at https://a.pgtb.me/K3RxrX.
8. Entrants must complete the form during the Competition Period. All entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be eligible for entry.
9. Entrants must correctly answer the question 'How many different outfits are featured in our Winter 2014 film?' correctly to be included in the prize draw.  The Winter 2014 film is featured on the competition form.
10. Only one entry is permitted per person.
11. One winning Entrant (“Winner”) will be drawn at 658 Church Street, Richmond, Victoria, 3121, Australia on Monday 28 April 2014.
12. The Winner will receive a $1000 Trenery gift card in their local currency ("Prize").
13. The Promoter will contact the Winner via email.
14. The total Prize value is AUD $1000 / NZD $1000.
15. The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if the Winner is unable to use the Prize. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Prize.
19. The Winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize via email by Tuesday 29 April 2014.
20. The Winner’s name will be posted on the T&Cs application on Trenery’s Facebook page at http://a.pgtb.me/Lz0kr7. The Winner agrees and consents to their name being posted on Trenery’s Facebook page or any of its other social media or marketing platforms.
21. The Promoter will take no responsibility if the Winner's contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to appoint a new winner on Wednesday 30 April 2014 if the Winner cannot be contacted.
