(a) Visit http://www.fingrs.com.au/win and follow the prompts to enter the competition, provide your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, street address, suburb, state, postcode and also upload a photo of their best nail art attempt.
(b) Provide a creative response to the question: "Tell us in 25 words or less what inspired your nail art look ?".

There will be one (1) winner in total. The winner will win one (1) each of the items outlined below. Total prize valued at AUD $1053.87 inc GST. The Promoter may review further entries, at the same place as the original judging is held, as are necessary on 2 June 2013, in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).
