TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This is a competition based on chance and adherence to the terms and conditions. One winner will be selected and will receive $1,000 worth of PANDORA, Thomas Sabo and Swarovski product from Pontifex Jewellers. The winning products will be displayed in-centre opposite Yes Optus. Entries submitted must have spent the spending threshold of $10 or more, otherwise deemed invalid. Participants may enter as many times as they wish, however with different receipt purchases. Participants are required to retain their submitted receipts, as the winner will need to provide the winning receipt for proof of purchase. The winner must be able to collect the prize(s) from Southgate Sylvania Centre Management and present identification. Competition opens 28th of April, 2016 and closes at 4 PM on the 5th of May, 2016. The winner will be selected and contacted via email by 5PM on the 5th of May, 2016. The winner’s first name and last name initial (e.g. John, D.) will be posted on Southgate Sylvania’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/southgatesylvania).
