Win a $1,500 wardrobe makeover! - Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over (Entrants). Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Contest. If a winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. The How Dad Are You Quiz (Contest) commences 28th April 2014 at 16:00pm AEST and entries close at 16:00pm AEST on 23rd June 2014 (Contest Period). To enter the Contest, Entrants must: (a) Like Mentos Australia Facebook Page and accept all requested permissions to access the online quiz (Quiz); and (b) fully complete an entry form (Entry Form) including: (i) the Entrant’s full name, email and mailing address; (ii) answering the 6 questions of the Quiz in order to generate the Quiz results (Results); and (iii) describing in 25 words or less the most embarrassingly bad and uncool (Dad) piece of clothing the Entrant owns; and (c) follow the prompts to submit a valid Entry Form online. Only 1 entry into the Contest is permitted per Entrant, however Entrants are able to take the Quiz to generate and share Results multiple times. Prize – Mentos Very Berry Product 12. The first 1000 Entrants whose Entry Forms are received by the Promoter will each receive 1 tube of Mentos Very Berry product valued at approximately $1.30 (Prize Winner). Only 1 product is available to each Prize Winner. Prizes will be sent to the address entered on the winning Entry Form and receipt of prize is dependent on a valid address being provided by the Prize Winner on the Entry Form.
