Competition
The TCL EPL PACKAGE EXPERIENCE (Competition) runs from 12.01am (AEST) 6th March 2017 until 11:59pm (AEST) 9th April 2017 (Term).
Promoter
The promoter of the Competition is TCL Electronics Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 111 032 89 of 797 Springvale Road, Mulgrave, VIC Australia (Promoter).
Terms
The terms and conditions set out in this document govern this Competition and may be amended, added to or replaced by the Promoter from time to time (Terms). Entrants should regularly check www.tclelectronics.com.au/tcllovegoals for the most up-to-date version. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms. Entries
Entry to the Competition is open to any Australia National aged 18 years.
Entrants must:
a. Tell us the story of their ultimate soccer memory
b. Upload a supporting image or video at www.tclelectronics.com.au/tcllovegoals
Your entry should be creative and original in nature.
Entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 11:59pm (AEST) on 2nd April to be eligible
By entering the Competition, Entrants must be able to attend both of the following soccer matches: a. Melbourne Victory vs Central Coast at AAMI Park on Friday 14th April 2017 b. Arsenal vs Manchester United at Emirates Stadium, London on Saturday 6th May
By entering the Competition, Entrants confirm that they, have read and consent to the Terms and to the collection, use (including handling and storage) and disclosure of personal and sensitive information of themselves and other members within their submission (where relevant) in the manner described in the Privacy Policy of the Promoter (located at https://www.tclelectronics.com.au/privacy-policy/) (including exchanging their personal and sensitive information with third parties located in Australia and overseas) and agree that the Promoter may update their Privacy Policies from time to time and that any personal and sensitive information that the Promoter hold will be governed by that party’s most current Privacy Policy.
Entrants agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity surrounding this Competition, their entry or, if relevant, the Winner consents to any details of themselves, including photographs or videos taken on the day to be reproduced, published, communicated, broadcast or shown to the public (including without limitation, electronically and on social media) by the Promoter in any media without compensation to the Entrant or any other person. For this purpose, each Entrant grants to the Promoter, a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, transferable and royalty-free licence in any entry.
Entrants themselves warrant that their entry is original to them and that the entry is not and its use by the Promoter will not be, in breach of any third party rights (including intellectual property rights).
Each Entrant consent to any act or omission by the Promoter which may infringe any of the Entrant’s moral rights (within the meaning of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)) including i) f ailing to attribute (or correctly attribute) the Entrant’s authorship of the entry; or ii) making any modification, variation or amendment of any nature to the entry, whether or not it results in a material distortion or derogatory treatment of the entry.
At the Promoter’s absolute discretion, incomplete, inaccurate, ineligible entries, or those which, in the opinion of the Promoter, do not meet the entry criteria set out in these Terms or infringe these Terms, or the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party, contain any objectionable content, profanity or are potentially insulting or inflammatory will be ineligible to win.
Employees, contractors and other staff members, and their ‘immediate families’, of the Promoter, suppliers and agencies are not eligible to enter this Competition. Determination and notification of winners
This Competition is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The Competition will have 3 prize draw (minor) winners and 1 major winner.
The Entrant is only able to enter the Competition once. Winners will be judged by the Promoter on the basis of creativity and originality to determine the winning entry. The Promoter’s decision is final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence shall be entered into.
The winning Entrants for the minor prize draw will be notified by telephone or email (to the phone number or email address set out on the entry form) on or before 17:00 (AEST) Wednesday 5th April 2017.
Minor Prizing
The total Minor prize is valued at up to $8,280.
Three winning entrants from the prize draw will be invited to the match on 14th April 2017 at AAMI Park. Match tickets will be provided and at half-time, each entrant will partake in a goal-kicking challenge on the pitch.
No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter, for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from attending the match and participating
2 x return flights to Melbourne per winner from the winners nearest State capital city will be provided for the Winner and 1 guest
1 x twin room per winner will be provided.
Any other travel costs or expenses, including airport transfers or expenses incurred to participate are the responsibility of the winner.
The winning Entrants forfeit their right to take up their tickets and participate in the half-time crossbar challenge if they; do not respond to the Promoter’s contact regarding their winning, within 48 hours or cannot attend the specified match(s) in person.
Should an Entrant forfeit their winning, the Promoter reserves the right to re-distribute this space to another eligible Entrant who was not part of the original 3 winners chosen.
Major Prizing
The total Major Prize package is valued at up to $14,400.
One winner from the half-time on pitch experience will receive.
Two (2) x Match tickets to Arsenal vs Manchester United on 6th May 2017 at Emirates Stadium, London 30. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter, for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from attending the match and participating.
Two (2) x return flights to London from the Winners nearest State capital city will be provided.
One (1) x twin room per night, up to 5 nights total.
$200 per day (5 days total) cash allowance (Winner only, Guest not included). Total allowance of up to $1000.
Any other travel costs or expenses, including airport transfers or expenses incurred to participate are the responsibility of the winner.
The winning Entrants forfeit their right to take up their tickets and participate in the half-time crossbar challenge if they; do not respond to the Promoter’s contact regarding their winning, within 48 hours or cannot attend the specified match laid out in these Terms & Conditions.
Should an Entrant forfeit their winning, the Promoter reserves the right to re-distribute this space to another eligible Entrant from the original 3 prize draw Entrants chosen.

By participating in this activity ‘insert name of game’ and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you consent and agree to receive marketing information, offers and special discounts (“TCL Information”) from TCL Australia by email.
