Competition Period close Date & Time 12pm AEST Friday 2nd August 2019 The promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion. 8. Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. Entries must not contain information, which is obscene, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) Entrants must have a valid Australian bank account in order to take the prize. 9. How to enter Online entry: During the Competition period: (a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials and digital posts to visit the Station Website/s or willandwoody.com.au and complete the online entry form by providing their contact details and by stating in 25 words or less “What would you do with $10,000 if you won Will & Woody Play BATTLESHIP?” 2 Syd_Docs LEGALADMIN 4133398 v3 (b) Each entry submitted will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select one (1) entry per day it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received (in its absolute discretion, based on the Judging Criteria). (c) The Station will then contact the relevant entrant to invite them on air to take part in Will & Woody Play BATTLESHIP Challenge. (d) If the Entrant does not answer their phone within the time specified, they will forfeit the prize and Will & Woody will call subsequent next entrants to participate in the challenge, until the prize is given away. (e) The segment may be pre-recorded or done live in show between AEST 4pm-6pm during the contesting period. 10. Limitation on entries Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish, however entrants may only win one prize. 11. Challenge Details Registration: Each day during the Competition Period, the Station will encourage registration via on-air pointers. Each potential challenger wishing to be registered in the competition must complete in full, a registration form available at the Station Website. The Station will select up to five (5) challengers who it believes, based on valid registrations received: (a) have an appeal for radio; (b) are capable of performing the challenges on the Challenge Date; and (c) are consistent with the Station’s style of irreverence and humour. Challenge details: Each weekday during the Competition Period, the Station will invite selected entrants on air to take part in Will & Woody Play BATTLESHIP. The entrant will be asked to select coordinates on the Scratch-It board located in studio. Will or Woody will scratch out the corresponding squares as per the entrants’ chosen coordinates. If the square revealed below the scratched area has no prize, the entrant will receive a minor prize. If the square revealed below the scratched area has a prize up to the value of $250, the entrant will receive a minor prize, and a cash prize. If the square revealed below the scratched area has a prize up to the value of $251 or above, the entrant will receive the revealed cash prize only. The Promoter may give clues or allow extra coordinates to be chosen at their absolute discretion. 12. Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour, suitability for radio.
