The winner will be drawn at random from all entrants on the 13th of February 2014. The winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter on the date mentioned above. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every entrant. No correspondence will be entered into. The prize is 1 (one) custom designed diamond engagement ring valued at $10,000 provided by the Promoter.
