Individuals must have a Facebook account in order to access the promotional page.   Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotion commences at 12am (midnight) Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) / 2am New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) on 01/09/2015 and final entries close at 11:59pm Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (AEDST) on 05/10/2015 / 1.59am New Zealand Daylight Saving Time (NZDST) on 06/10/2015 (“Promotional Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To be eligible to enter, individuals must either: (a) take an original and creative photograph that demonstrates how they snack with Laughing Cow cheese (“Photograph”); or (b) write an original story about how they snack with Laughing Cow cheese (“Story”).   To enter, individuals must then complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: (a) visit the Laughing Cow AU & NZ Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/TheLaughingCowAUNZ  (“Facebook Page”); (b) follow the prompts to the ‘Spread Dip Snack Your Way’ promotional application; (c) input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name and a valid email address); (d) upload their Photograph or Story to the entry form. Uploaded files must be submitted in JPG or PNG format and must not exceed 50MB file size; and (e) submit the fully completed entry form.   Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original creative work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. All Photographs and Stories must comply with and are subject to the provisions contained in clause 25.
