Events may occur that render the competitions or the awarding of prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Millers and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to Millers as a result thereof. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Incomplete or unreadable entries will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted (and Millers shall not be liable) for lost or delayed entries. Miller’s decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into. All entries for the competition must be original and not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.
