Win a $100 towards a meal at a Spanish restaurant in your area! - WHO CAN ENTER? The Contest is open to anyone who is (i) a legal resident of the country in which they are domiciled and (ii) who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Directors, officers and employees, and their immediate family members, or those living in the same household as such directors, officers and employees, of the Sponsor or their respective parent, affiliated, or subsidiary companies, agents or representatives (collectively “Promotion Entities” ) are not eligible to enter or win. The Contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Contest begins at 9:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time ( “AEST” ) on 13 August 2016 and ends at 6:00 p.m. AEST on 29 August 2016 (the “Contest Period” ). The Sponsor will select the Contest winner in accordance with the procedures set forth below and will announce such winner at 9:00 a.m. (AEST) on 31 August 2016. By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Contest, you must have a personal Facebook account. During the Contest Period, you may enter the Contest by adding your caption to the comments section of the “ Contest Post” . An entry that meets all entry requirements will be referred to as a  “Submission” . One (1) caption on the Contest Post counts as one (1) entry into the Contest, as long as it fulfils the entry requirements (as detailed below). Your entry must respond to the Contest question, “ If you were to travel to Spain, where wou  ld you go, with whom and why?” PRIZE: There is only one (1) prize and one (1) Prize Winner for this Contest. The Prize Winner will receive a AU$100 credit towards the cost of a meal at a Spanish restaurant or tapas bar in or close to the Winner’s location (the “ Prize ”). The prize will be presented to the Prize Winner as a gift voucher or credit note, or as a AU$100 credit towards the total bill at the selected Venue. The Sponsor holds all rights to select an appropriate venue for redemption of the Prize and to determine the format of the AU$100 Prize to the Prize Winner (e.g. credit note, gift voucher, etc.). The approximate retail value (“ ARV ”) of the Prize is One Hundred Australian Dollars (AU$100.00).
