By entering the “Instant Hotel National Watch and Win” promotion, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Discovery Holiday Parks, and Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Tuesday 7 November 2017 at 19:30 AEDT and concludes on Thursday 30 November 2017 at 15:00 AEDT. Within this campaign, individual entry periods will be held weekly as outlined in Clause 5.1.
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must watch Instant Hotel (“the Program”) on the Seven Network and affiliates during each entry period. During each episode (or any replacement program broadcast in the Instant Hotel timeslot), a competition segment will be aired during which viewers will be invited to enter the competition. In the event of schedule changes, the new dates will be communicated via all marketing channels, subject to State regulations.
3.3 Viewers must visit the website www.yahoo7.com.au/InstantHotelWin, and complete the required details for entry into the competition.
3.4 Only one entry per email address per voting period.
3.5 Entries must be received by 23:59 AEDT of each Friday of each broadcast entry period. See Clause 5.1 for open and close details.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be twenty four (24) prize winners who will each receive the prize package detailed in clause 4.2.
4.2 The prizes are:
Total prize value is $24,000.00. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.4 The Discovery Holiday Parks Voucher is not transferrable or exchangeable for cash and must be presented upon check-in. Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking; an early booking is therefore recommended. Voucher must be used in a single booking transaction. Voucher not valid during school holidays, public holidays, long weekends and local special events. Voucher does not include meals, sightseeing or any other arrangements other than accommodation. The Discovery Holiday Parks Voucher is valid for use at all Discovery Parks. Voucher valid till 31 December 2018.

4.5 In participating in the prize, the winners will be invited to participate in editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. If they accept, the winners (and their companions) agree to granting the Promoter a perpetual and exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.6 The winners agree they will not [and will ensure that their companion does not] sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.7 If a winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, the prize may be transferred to legal guardian or parent.
4.8 Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the entry period set out in clause 3.1 will be entered into the draw. There will be twelve (12) draws over the entry period. Each draw will randomly draw two (2) entrants from the national pool of entries and they will become winners if their entries comply with clause 3. Entries that do not contain the information required by clause 3 or that do not otherwise comply with clause 3, may be deemed to be invalid and, in that event, a further draw will be conducted. The draw will take place at 10:00 AEDT at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on the following dates:

5.2 Winners will be notified by a phone call within two (2) days of the draw, and a letter advising winners of their prize will also be express posted. Winners will be published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 11 December 2017.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize requirements.
5.5 Subject to state government legislation, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Tuesday 6 March 2018 at 10:00 AEDT and winners will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 12 March 2018.
NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, or modify the competition, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited & affiliates, Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; or
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;
