2. Employees Esther & Co., their family members and anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. Contestants must enter via https://www.esther.com.au/pages/esther-wardrobe-giveaway from Thursday, October 22nd at 9:30am – Thursday, November 26th 2020 at 11:59pm aest, to be eligible to win the $1000 Esther & Co. Wardrobe.
4. Eligibility: Esther & Co.'s $1000 Esther & Co. Wardrobe Giveaway is open only to those who enter at the online at https://www.esther.com.au/pages/esther-wardrobe-giveaway. The giveaway is open worldwide, and is void where prohibited by law. Entrants must be following both @esther.and.co and @klarna.au on Instagram for their entry to be valid.
5. Closing date for entry is Thursday, November 26th 2020 at 11:59pm aest. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The winner will be announced via the Esther & Co. Newsletter.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The prize bundle for 1 lucky winner will be issued a $1000 voucher for styles by Esther the Label - this prize does not include Preorder styles or styles from our marketplace vendors.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
