How to win:
– Each action taken counts as one entry into the competition. The more steps the individual takes, such as sharing with multiple friends, the more entries into the competition.
– Winner will be selected at random.
– Winner’s nominated friend must have entered the competition by suppling their email address. Reference ‘How to enter’ section to review competition.
Timing:
– Competition opens at 9am on Thursday, 8th November 2018 (AEDT) and closes at midnight on Thursday 15th November 2018 (AEDT).
Announcements:
– Winner and nominated friend will be notified via email before 5pm on Friday 16th November 2018 (AEDT).
– Winners’ names will be posted on www.W14th.com before 5pn on Friday 16th November 2018 (AEDT) and will remain live for the next 3 months.
– Winner and nominated friend must have entered a valid email address, any failure to receive email will result in a disqualification, and a new winner and nominated friend will be selected.
– Email will be labelled ‘ You Won A West 14TH Wardrobe Update’ from email address service@w14th.com, which will be sent to the email address provided by Winner and nominated friend.
– Acknowledgement of email must be received by 5pm Monday 19th November 2018. You can reply to service@w14th.com to confirm receipt of email.
– Failure to acknowledge email will result in a disqualification and a new winner and nominated friend will be selected.
– $1,000 AUD gift voucher to be used on www.W14TH.com will be issued in a second email following the receipt by winner and nominated friend’s acknowledgment, and at the latest by 5pm Tuesday 20th November 2018.
– Non-winners will be notified via email after Winner and nominated friend have both received their voucher.
Prize:
– Online gift voucher to the value of $1,000 AUD for the winner and $1,000 AUD for the nominated friend to be used on www.W14TH.com.
– Gift voucher will be valid for 6 months from issued date.
– You cannot exchange gift voucher for a cash prize or use in association with another discount or with a retail partner.
– Gift voucher is only valid on www.W14TH.com.
– Any purchase with an excess of $1,000 AUD will need to be paid by purchaser using standard payment method available on www.W14TH.com.
Redeeming the Prize:
– Redeem your prize by using the unique gift voucher code towards your purchase on www.W14TH.com.
– Unique gift voucher code will be associated to Winner’s and nominated friend’s email address and is only valid to be used by these individuals, our winners.
– Prize can not be shared with a non-winner.
– Unique code to be used during the checkout process on www.W14TH.com.
– Enter unique code in section labelled ‘Gift Card or discount code’ and press ‘Apply.’
– Standard shipping and return policy applies to Winner and nominated friend.
– Exchanges and returns will be handled inline with our standard policy, although any refunds will be supplied as a gift voucher to the amount of $1,000AUD. If the refund exceeds the $1000AUD gift voucher amount the refund will be process as standard via the same payment method used for initial purchase.
