Who can enter the KP24 Back to School – Hair Invaders Trade Promotion?

Entry is open to residents of Australia. Entrants under the age of 18 must seek permission from their parent or guardian to enter. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its related entities, and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

How can one enter the promotion?

To enter, individuals must purchase any KP24 product during the Promotion Period and keep the proof of purchase. They must then visit the website www.kp24.com.au/promotion, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details, and upload a copy of their receipt as proof of purchase. The completed online entry form must be submitted by 23:59 AEDT on 31 March 2025. Each entrant is limited to one entry per purchase/receipt, but multiple entries using different receipts are allowed.

What is the prize for this promotion?

There is one (1) prize available, which is a Webjet voucher valued at AUD $10,000. This prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The total prize pool amounts to AUD $10,000, including GST. The winner will be determined by an electronic draw at 18 Jubilee Avenue, Warriewood NSW, on 01 April 2025 at 11:00 am AEST.

What are the details regarding the prize?

The Webjet voucher is valid until 31 March 2028 and can be used for bookings that contain flights, hotels, and exclusive tour packages, but is not valid for cruise or motorhome bookings or bookings that include car hire. The voucher can be partially redeemed, but any unused balance must be utilized before the expiration date. The winner is responsible for any additional charges incurred due to changes or cancellations to their original booking.

What are the claiming conditions for the prize?

The winner will be notified in writing via email by 23:59 AEST on 2 April 2025 and must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If not claimed, the prize will be forfeited, and a draw for the unclaimed prize will take place on 28 April 2025. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.

What happens if the winner cannot be contacted?

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner does not claim their prize or cannot be contacted by the designated time, the entry will be discarded, and the prize may be awarded to a reserve entrant.

Are there any specific conditions for using the prize?

Bookings made with the voucher are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of Webjet. The Promoter and Webjet reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time. The prize will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made, and it cannot be reinstated, refunded, or replaced after a reservation is canceled or changed.
