Win a $15,000 diamond ring! - This is a genuine draw. There will be one draw conducted, from which the first drawn name will be the provisional winning entry to win the diamond ring prize. Three further entries will be drawn and recorded in order of draw. Should the first drawn entrant not be reasonably contactable then the winning entry will default to the second entry drawn… and so on until a winner is drawn and contacted successfully. Metal Urges Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd may determine with its absolute discretion what constitutes “reasonably contactable” for the purposes of this condition. The winning entrant satisfying all the  conditions will be invited to either select a single piece from the current Metal Urges stock or commission a single piece of jewellery to be made at Metal Urges. The piece will value for insurance at $15,000.00 AUD. By agreeing to the conditions each entrant gives permission for Metal Urges Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd to use information gathered for direct marketing purpose. Metal Urges undertakes not to supply, sell or otherwise provide this information to any other business, individual or group. Metal Urges reserves the right to remove any entry that is deemed not in the spirit of a fair draw or competition. Metal Urges Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd may determine with its absolute discretion what constitutes “the spirit of a fair draw or competition” for the purposes of this condition. The holder of a drawn entry will be required to provide sufficient personal identification corresponding with the information on competition entry prior to the prize being awarded. Metal Urges Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any entry not received by Metal Urges as a result of misdirection, ISP failure or otherwise. The draw will take place on site at Metal Urges on Saturday, 15th January 2013 at 12pm AEST. Entries close 14th January 2013, 12pm AEST. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances. The full $15,000 AUD prize is only available to the single winning entrant if they have publicly liked the Metal Urges Facebook page and have also publicly shared the competition post on their personal Facebook page prior to the close of competition (14th January 2013 12pm). Should the winning entrant not have met the requirements regarding sharing and liking publicly on Facebook their entry will not be eligible to win the prize. For the purposes of this competition the term ‘Publicly’ means visible online to all members of the public and not limited to friends or acquaintances only. Metal Urges will perform Facebook searches and take screen shots prior to announcing the winner and their prize level. Metal Urges accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered by an entrant as a result of entry in this competition.
