The Competition is only open to individuals who: (i) are residents of Australia aged 18 years or older as at the time of entry; and (ii) are not directors, management or employees (or their immediate family) of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition (“Eligible Entrant”). Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Competition entry commences at 10:00am on 01/03/2016 and closes at 11:59pm on 31/05/2016 (“Competition Period”). All times in these Conditions refer to AEST or AEDST as relevant and applicable in Victoria. The Competition consists of one (1) “Major Prize Draw” and two (2) “Minor Prize Draws”.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Competition, an Eligible Entrant must during the Competition Period complete one (1) of the following:
For existing GIO customers, access the survey via the promotion EDM and follow the directions to fully complete and submit the survey form; or
For Eligible Entrants who are not existing GIO customers or an existing customer who does not fall into condition 6(a), use a compatible browser to visit https://www.insurancepromotions.com.au/gio/holidaycompetition and follow the directions to fully complete and submit the online entry form, which includes their first name, last name, postcode and current and valid email address; or
For Eligible Entrants who receive a telephone call on behalf of the Promoter during which they are invited to enter the Competition, during the telephone call fully provide their first name, last name, postcode and current and valid email address.
For entrants who receive an invitation to enter via a third party site (such as eBay, Facebook, Webjet or Australia Post), follow the associated links and fully complete and submit the entry form, which includes their full name, valid email address, phone number and postcode.
Only one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant is permitted. Any subsequent entry from a person after the first valid entry is received will be deemed invalid.
PRIZES:
Minor Prizes: The first valid and eligible entry randomly drawn from each Minor Prize Draw will each win a Visa Prepaid Card preloaded with AU$500, issued in the winner’s name.
Major Prize: The first valid and eligible entry randomly drawn from the Major Prize Draw will win a Visa Prepaid Card preloaded with AU$15,000, issued in the winner’s name.
