Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
How to enter:
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, the entrant must purchase at least one (1) product within the Blackmores Range (excluding Blackmores Newborn Formula and Blackmores Follow-on Formula) (“Participating Products”) in a single transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”) from any venue displaying advertising for this Promotion in Australia (“Participating Venues”) or an online store of a Participating Venue or at www.blackmores.com.au. Purchases made from 01.10.16 will be deemed valid for entry once the promotion is live from 12.10.16.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must then complete one of the following entry requirements (based on their purchase method) during the Promotional Period:
a) Purchase via a Participating Venue (or online store of a Participating Venue): visit www.blackmores.com.au/wellbeingchoices input the requested details including their full name, email address, mobile number, postcode, upload a copy of the purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction and submit the fully completed entry form; OR
b) Purchase via www.blackmores.com.au: to enter the Promotion at the time of making a Qualifying Transaction.
Number of entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
(a) limit one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction, regardless of the number of Participating Products purchased in that transaction;
(b) limit one (1) entry permitted per person, email address and mobile number per day;
(c) one (1) prize per household (SA residents are excluded from this limit); and
(d) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
