Entry is free and open to Australian Citizens aged 18 years and over. Employees of Evergreen Tours, Scenic Tours, Cruise Passenger and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries must be submitted via the online entry form on www.cruisepassenger.com.au. This promotion is being conducted by Scenic Tours ACN 85 002 715 602 T/A Evergreen Tours (“the Promoter”) of Level 1, 11 Brown St, Newcastle, NSW, 2300 and runs from 19st March 2014 to 19th June 2014. There is one prize which will be awarded to the most creative entry. The Promoter will appoint a panel of judges to evaluate Eligible Entrants’ entries. Entries will be judged on the creativity of answers given. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Prize consists 1 x C category Emerald Balcony Suite on a 15 Day Evergreen Tours  Amsterdam to  Budapest River Cruise (or vice  versa) sailing on a September or October 2015 sailing valued at over $16,380. The cabin will be awarded subject to availability. Evergreen Tours will not be responsible for any additional or incurred costs while winner is travelling. Winner is responsible for any associated costs in getting to and from the departure port. Entries close at 5pm EDST 19th June 2014. One (1) entry will be selected at 5.00pm on 27th June 2014, from all entries. Travel blackout periods may apply for the travel prize. The prize is strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE and non-negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded. Entrants can only enter the competition once. Prize-winner will be notified by Evergreen Tours by 5.00pm on 3rdth July 2014. The winner will be contacted by either mail or email no later than one week following the prize draw. Results will not be published. This promotion does not involve a round in which players are eliminated. Prize letter and prize will be delivered to prize-winner within one month of the winner being decided.
