Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes. The prize does not include return flights to Myanmar, passports, airport lounges, Australian domestic transfers, additional accommodation made necessary by flight schedules, additional meals or drinks purchased on board or other spending money. Additional expenses including, meals not specified in the chosen trip itinerary, insurance, any optional tours or activities during free time, tips and items of a personal nature, are at passengers’ expense. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to travel as it is not included. A valid passport is required for all international journeys. It is the responsibility of the individual to advise of any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements in advance of the competition. The Prize must be taken in full and as a package before 31 December 2016. Prize must be booked with APT Yield on prizewinners letter by 31 July 2016. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. If the winner is unavailable to travel on the dates stipulated by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the prize which they are unable to redeem. In the event that the winner is unable to redeem the prize on the dates stipulated by the Promoter, and the winner is unable to transfer the prize to a nominated person, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor another prize will be awarded in lieu of the forfeited prize. In the event that the entire prize is forfeited by the winner, the Promoter will award the prize to the next valid entry as determined by the judges appointed by the Promoter. Prizes must be taken on the date specified by the Promoter. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. The winner/s must claim the prize by 31 July 2016 by replying to the notification email or confirming via phone. You must present your prize letter at the time of booking to redeem your prize. Total estimated prize value may fluctuate due to time of year trip is taken, in relation to high and low seasons, and is based on 2016 departure. The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change at any time. Any change to the prize between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter(s). Entries close at 5pm EDST 30th June 2016. (iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
(iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website;
(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; (ii) (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition;
(ix) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
