Who can enter the competition?
The competition is open to Australian residents who are 13 years of age and older. However, entrants under the age of 18 require the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the competition. Employees and agents of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.

How can they enter the competition?
To enter the competition, entrants must have an active Spotify and/or Apple Music account. They should go to the Competition Form available at https://forms.sonymusicfans.com/campaign/tiali-wkom-a2c/ and choose to save Tiali’s new single ‘What Kind of Man’ on Spotify or add the Single to their Apple Music Library. They should then fill in their name, last name, and email address, and provide their interpretation or takeaway of the meaning of 'What Kind of Man' in 25 words or less. After reading and agreeing to the competition terms and conditions and privacy policy, they should click ‘Submit’ on the Competition Form to submit the entry. Entry is limited to one Entry per account holder, but if an entrant has both a Spotify and Apple Music account they may submit two Entries.

What is the prize and its total worth?
The winner of the competition will receive one crystal pack from The Little Witch Co valued at approximately A$150. The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternatives or compensations will be offered if the winner cannot receive any aspect of the Prize for any reason. The Promoter also reserves the right to supply a substitute prize in case it's not possible to supply the advertised prize due to reasons beyond their control.
What are the terms regarding the winner selection and notification?
This competition is a game of skill, not chance. The most creative and entertaining entry will be judged the winner. Entries will be judged no later than 6.00pm AEST on Friday, 21 July 2023. The winner will be notified by email according to the email address provided with their Entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours of first notification attempt, or if the winner rejects the Prize, their Prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries.
