The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Australia. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Liberated Brands Australia pty ltd, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
When can they enter the Sweepstakes?
The Sweepstakes begins on 04th May, 2023 at 12:00AM AEDT and ends at on 20th July, 2023 at 11:59PM AEDT. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
How can they enter the Sweepstakes?
Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://au.spyder.com/pages/spyder-sweepstakes-2023. They must provide the information requested. They may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

The Winner will receive an $800 Spyder Shopping Spree on https://au.spyder.com/ and 2-day lift passes for 2 people to a resort of the winner's choice in Australia only, worth $800. Therefore, the total worth of the prize is $1600.

How will the winner be selected and notified?
The Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor and will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
