Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Directors, officers, management, employees, and their immediate families of Midas Australia Pty Ltd and any associated agencies, companies, or participating premises are not eligible to enter.

How can one enter the competition?To enter the competition, participants must:
1. Make a qualifying purchase by booking a service (Essential, Extensive, or Logbook) at any Midas branch in Australia.

Each qualifying purchase provides one entry into the promotion, and multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is submitted separately.
What are the prizes for the competition?The prize is a $1,000 Midas gift card, which will be delivered to the winner's local Midas store for collection.
What is the total prize pool value?The total prize pool value is $1,000 AUD.
How will the winner be selected and notified?There will be one winner chosen randomly in a draw held at 12:00 PM AEST on 10 October 2024 at the Promoter's office, 327 Ferntree Gully Road, Mount Waverley, VIC 3149. The winner will be notified by phone and in writing within three days of the draw and will have their name published on [https://www.midas.com.au/home/midascompetition/](https://www.midas.com.au/home/midascompetition/) for a period of 28 days.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If the prize is not claimed by 5:00 PM AEDT on 1 November 2024, a redraw will occur at 12:00 PM AEDT on 5 November 2024 at the same location as the original draw. The new winner will be notified by phone and in writing, and their name will also be published on the website.
