Who can enter the 2025 Felix Mobile – Into the Wild Escapes Competition?
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and above. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers, or associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
When does the competition close?
The competition commences at 9:00 AM (AEST) on Thursday, 30 January 2025, and concludes at 5:00 PM (AEST) on Friday, 28 February 2025.
How can one enter the competition?
Eligible entrants can enter by completing at least one of the following actions during the competition period: 1. Follow @felixmobileau on Instagram or TikTok. 2. Sign up as a new customer with Felix Mobile via web, app, or retail store and activate their new SIM. 3. Refer a friend to Felix Mobile by having them sign up as a new customer using a referral code to activate the new SIM. 4. Reactivate their existing Felix Mobile subscription. Each action completed counts as one entry, with a maximum of six entries allowed.
What is the prize for the competition?
There is one prize available, which is a $1,000 "Into the Wild Escapes" gift card. The total prize pool value is $1,000 excluding GST. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and any additional costs incurred in acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
How will the winner be selected?
The winner will be randomly drawn between 9:00 AM (AEST) and 5:00 PM (AEST) on Tuesday, 4 March 2025. All eligible entrants will be included in the draw.
How will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified in writing on or after 9:00 AM (AEST) on Wednesday, 5 March 2025, via email or direct message through the Instagram or TikTok account used for the entry.
What are the deadlines for claiming the prize?
The winner must claim their prize by 5:00 PM (AEST) on Friday, 21 March 2025. If the prize is not claimed by this date, the winner forfeits the prize, and a backup winner will be drawn by 5:00 PM (AEST) on Friday, 4 April 2025.
Where can the winner's details be published?
The last name, first initial, and postcode of the winner and backup winner will be published within 2 business days of the relevant draw on Felix Mobile’s Instagram stories and their website.
