For clarification, all entrants who enter during the Competition Period will be entered into the Major Prize Draw. Entrants will also be entered into the relevant Minor Prize Draw corresponding with the registration period in which they entered. 6. Entries do not carry over between registration periods. Entrants must submit an entry within a registration period, stipulated in the table in clause 4, during that period to be in the running for the corresponding Minor Prize Draw. 7. The Competition will be advertised on, but not limited to, Network 10 and www.10play.com.au. How to Enter 8. To participate in the Competition entrants must: a. Watch an episode of any show on 10play.com.au on any of the supported platforms and minimum app versions as stipulated in clause 12, during the competition period; b. Via the entry page 10play.com.au/win, register the details in order to submit an entry including the name of the show watched and date of watching. Specific details may vary 10 Play Summer Competition Terms and Conditions Page 3 of 8 and may include (but not limited to), first name, last name, post code, phone number, email address, gender, and date of birth, to become a 10 Play member and submit an entry. 9. Bonus Entry: Participants will receive one (1) bonus entry into the Major Draw for watching two (2) or more shows in any given week (Mon-Sun). A maximum of one bonus entry will be attributed to the Entrant throughout the campaign. 10. It is free to become a 10 Play member, however, the cost of accessing the promotional website is dependent on the entrant’s individual service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the 10 Members rules. 11. Entries will only be considered valid if they meet the requirements of Clause 8 and the Promoter can validate the show and date of watching registered in the entry (“Valid Entry”). Any entry submitted considered untruthful, has submitted an entry on behalf of another member or from a member who is found to have more than one membership will be deemed invalid. 12. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 14. Entrants who have won a Major Prize in any Network 10 competition in the past 12 months are not eligible to win a prize in this competition, excluding SA who are eligible to win more than once. 15. Entrants may enter the Competition as many times as they like, however, each entry must watch and register a different show and/or episode from any previously watched and registered show and/or episode to be deemed valid. One membership per person applies. Entrants can only win one (1) Minor Prize throughout the entire Competition Period (excluding residents of SA who are entitled to win more than one Minor Prize). All entrants, including Minor Prize Winners, are eligible to win the Major Prize. 16. Entries for each registration period stipulated in Clause 4, must be received by 23:59 AEDT to be included in the corresponding Minor Prize Draw. Each valid entry received over the duration of each Competition Period will be entered into the Major Prize Draw. 17. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. 18. The account holder is responsible for any activity and/or entries that have been submitted using their device (E.g. Phone, computer, tablet etc). It is the account holder’s sole responsibility to control any and all access to their device. The Promoter, and Ansible Pty Ltd, will not be responsible for any loss, damage or costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with this. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, 10play viewing data, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Error and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 20. If the Prize Winners do not provide proof of meeting the age restriction, requirements of the Promoter’s viewing validation and/or other valid entry requirements, the Prize will be forfeited in full, and the Prize Winner will have no further claim. A re-draw will be held at any time throughout the competition period to award the Prize/s to a valid entrant/s. 21. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the Major and Minor Prize Winners, the Winners hereby permit their image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed, or filmed during the Winners’ participation in the prize to appear in connection with Network 10 or the Sponsor or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever through the world and the Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use. 22. Following the Final Prize Draw the Promoter will conduct validation of all winners within 72 hours to determine if they are a valid winner (as detailed in clause 19). No correspondence, including (but not limited to) winner notification and prize fulfillment, will be entered into prior to confirming the validity of winners. Method of validation (without limitation) will be determined by the Promoter at its complete discretion. 24. The Major and Minor Prize Winners will be notified by a phone call or email to the telephone or email address detailed in their registration from Monday, 7 February 2022, if and only when determined to be a valid winner. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner’s name being published if it is determined that the winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and hence, deemed invalid. In these circumstances, the Promoter will revert to a reserve entry drawn or conduct a redraw to allocate the prize to a valid winner. 26. An entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party or using a third party’s membership, as determined by the Promoter, will be invalid. 27. If required, an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries will take place at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on Thursday, 28 April 2022 at 10:30 AEST. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes are not included. These are the responsibility of the Winner. 31. Prizes must be taken as offered. Prize values are in Australian dollars. Prize Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. 32. All prizes are non-transferrable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. Prizes must be taken as offered. Any prize, unused portion of any prize, or portion of the prize Winner is not entitled to, are not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. In acceptance of the prize/s, the Prize Winners acknowledge that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of each Prize Winner. 34. If your entry is selected as a winning entry, validation of your circumstances and the validity of your entry will be undertaken by the Promoter.
