Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry into the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of SUBOO, SK II and related entities are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 8am AEDT on 15 March 2017 and ends 11:59pm AEDT on 30 March 2017.
To enter the promotion, participants must register for the competition through http://www.suboo.com.au/rejuvenation-competition.One entry permitted per person.
All valid entries will go into a random draw, which will take place at 10am AEST on 31 March 2017. The first valid entry drawn will win SK-II Signs Up-Lifter 40g, Facial Treatment Milk 75ml, Facial Treatment Oil 50ml, R.N.A Power Eye Cream Radical New Age 15g, Skin ignature Melting Rich Cream 50g, Facial Treatment Mask 1pc and $1000 (including tax) of SS16 & HS16 Suboo stock. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the Draw Date by email. The winner will have 48 hours to respond, or will be deemed to have forfeited their prize.
Should the winner remain uncontactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 10am AEST on 3 April 2017
The redrawn winner shall be notified by 12pm AEST on 3 April 2017 via email.
There will be one (1) prize of SK-II & Suboo products (Prize). Suboo gifting must be specified within 1 week of winning the prize, which will be sent to the winner via regular post.
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the maximum notional value of each Prize.
Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.
If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
Entry details and privacy: Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes (including to third parties involved in the promotion and any applicable statutory authorities) and to conduct marketing activities.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. The prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Suboo expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and Suboos decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. Suboo expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
Suboo accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
Suboo shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Suboo shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services. Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Suboo, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Suboo reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
