The Promotion will be open from 10:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Wednesday 19 February 2014 until 5:00 pm AEST on Friday 28th March 2014 (the ‘Promotion Period’).
Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding:
(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, the Participating Outlets and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes);
(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in clause 4(a) of these Terms and includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter);
(c) persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and
(d) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrants). The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) Complete a Campaign Confidence Entry Form (the ‘Entry Form’) (providing all details required, including their full name, phone number and email) located online at www.hypoxi.com.au
(b) Answer the question “Tell us how you feel HYPOXI gives you confidence” via the Eligible Entrant’s nominated ‘voice of choice’ (Instagram, Facebook or form entry); and
(c) click that they agree to the official terms of the competition by checking the box that appears on the Entry Form (an ‘Eligible Entry’).
RECEIPT OF BEAUTY PACK FOR FIRST 300 ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
The first 300 Eligible Entrants who have properly completed an Eligible Entry and confirm their postal address in writing to the Promoter within the Promotion Period will receive an Australis beauty pack. The Promoter is not under any obligation to send any beauty packs or any other products to Eligible Entrants once its stocks of beauty packs are depleted.
PRIZES
The winner, as determined in accordance with clause 11, will receive a $2000 AUD credit for purchase of clothing at Running Bare (www.runningbare.com.au); (the ‘Major Prize’)
The winners, will each receive an Australis beauty hamper (worth $265.00 AUD) (the ‘Weekly Prize’).
