Conditions of Entry
2. Information about the Prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry
into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the competition in the required
manner as stated in these terms and conditions (“Eligible Entrants”).
4. Employees of BioXact, its related suppliers, agencies and their immediate families are not permitted to
enter.
Duration of Competition Period
5. The competition will commence at 0900 AEST on 23 January 2023 and will continue until 2359 AEST on 5
March 2023 (“Competition Period”).
How to Enter
6. Eligible Entrants must go to the Bioxact website (https://bioxact.com.au/) and complete the entry form on
the competition page to be entered into the draw.
7. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of the Prize Winnersselection.
8. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate,
illegible, inappropriate, offensive or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid.
9. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Competition Period. No responsibility will be
accepted by the promoter for late, lost or misdirected entries.
10. Any costs associated with accessing the competition are the responsibility of each entrant.
11. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prizes offered.
12. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winners with the nominated Prizes, the Promoter reserves
the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery
authority.
13. If the Prize Winners do not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the
Prize Winners with a substitute Prize.
Selection of Prize Winner
14. There will be 2 Prize winners for the competition as noted in the “Prize Details” section below.
15. The Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries as deemed by the judges.
16. The Prize Winners will be selected at 0900 AEST on 7 March 2023 at 44 Central Drive, Suite 5, Sippy
Downs, QLD, 4556.
17. The Prize Winners will be notified via email or phone within 1 business day of the Prize Draw.
18. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Prize Draw.
19. The Prize Winners will have until 21 March 2023 to claim their Prize.
20. If any Prize has not been claimed by the Prize Winners by 21 March 2023, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will
occur on 23 March 2023 (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”).

22. The total Prize value for this competition is $2,229 AUD.
23. The Prizes are not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The
Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

26. The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote
this competition and to contact the Prize Winners(or, if applicable, the winner of an Unclaimed Prize
Draw). Entrants agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the
Promoter’s privacy policy, which is available at https://bioxact.com.au/privacy-policy/. Entrants agree that
the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing purposes. If an entrant does not truthfully
provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the
Prize.
