Promotion Period Start Date The Promotion commences Monday, 19th December 2022 at 06:00am AEDT. The Promoter reserves the right to tease the promotion prior to the competition start date. Promotion Period Close Date The Promotion concludes Thursday, 26th January 2023 at 11.59pm AEDT. The Promoter reserves the right to: Amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion including to close the competition within the Promotion Period. Terminate the competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority. Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. Entrants must be Australian residents and have a registered address in NSW or Victoria. Only one prize can be won per person per competition. How to Enter During the Promotional Period, listeners will be encouraged to visit the Station Website(s) set out in these terms and provide their contact details to form their entry. Winner Selection Details The Promotion is a Game of Chance, and the winner will be randomly selected on Friday, 27th January 2023 by the Promoter from all entrants who have completed their entry successfully in accordance with these terms & conditions. Entries will be placed into a random electronic draw and one winner will be chosen at random from all eligible, valid, and complete entries received. The draw will take place at Sports Entertainment Network Pty Ltd, Level 1/165 Walker Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2060. Unclaimed Prizes: Any unclaimed prize by a winner will be reviewed, and a recount will be conducted by a Station Representative four weeks from the date a winner has been notified unless otherwise specified. The winner will receive: A 2.5% share in a Magic Millions race horse trained by Gai Waterhouse If there are any ongoing fees for the horse these will be covered under the 2.5% share winning. If for any reason the winner wishes to discontinue their share in the horse, they will be required to go through the appropriate channels to sell their share on to a new owner. Total Prize Value Up to $6,000 incl GST. Prize Claim & Delivery The winner will be notified at the time of winning by email and phone. The winner’s details will be passed on to the Promotion Partner for prize fulfillment. Winners may be required to prove their identity and age, and show evidence as documented on their driver’s license, passport or birth certificate before any prize is awarded.
