How to win?
Each eligible entry received within the competition period will be entered into a random draw. The draw will take place on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 9:00 am AEST. The winner will be notified by email and their name will be published on visitgippsland.com.au/competitions.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If the prize remains unclaimed after two (2) days of notification being given, the promoter may withdraw the prize and award it to an alternative entrant by conducting an unclaimed prize draw on Friday, June 9, 2023.
What are the liability and privacy terms?
The promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury, or death incurred in connection with the competition, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The promoter collects contact details for the purposes of the competition in accordance with privacy laws. By entering the competition, participants consent to receiving further information and promotional material related to tourism in Gippsland.
