WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian resident aged 18 years or over who own a residential property with a backyard that they wish to makeover/renovate, and who agree to accept the prize on the terms outlined herein if selected as the winner.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 01/05/2016 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 31/07/2016 ("Promotional Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must visit COLORBOND.COM/BACKYARDMAKEOVER , follow the prompts to access the entry form, input all of the requested details, including their first and last name, telephone number and email address, provide an answer in 25 words or less to the promotional question "Which COLORBOND® steel fencing colour(s) would you choose for your backyard makeover and why?", agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter's Privacy Policy, and submit the fully completed entry form. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
PRIZE:
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion, will win the following prize package:
AU$12,500, awarded in the form of a cheque or electronic funds transfer (as determined by the Promoter), to spend toward the winner’s backyard makeover; and
AU$7,500 worth of COLORBOND® steel fence material (including installation/delivery services) to be used in the winner’s backyard makeover. The fencing must be installed at a singe residential property owned by the winner, and the entire allocated budged must be used toward a single installation at a single home. On-selling or otherwise giving away of the fencing material provided as part of the prize by the winner is not permitted. The Promoter will liaise with the winner to organise exactly what fence material the winner wishes to receive, subject to availability, and will organise the installation and delivery of that material, within the allocated budged. The Promoter reserves the right to engage third party service providers to supply, deliver and/or install the material. In the event that the winner’s chosen fencing material (including delivery and installation) is valued at less than $7,500, the remainder of the allocated budged will be forfeited by the winner and will not be awarded as cash. If the winner wishes to choose fencing material in excess of the $7,500 (inclusive of delivery and installation) budget, they can do so, however, the winner must then pay for any cost additional to $7,500. In the event that agreement cannot be reached between the Promoter and the winner (in relation to the exact material or installation and delivery timelines), despite of reasonable efforts of the Promoter to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to select the exact material and organise delivery and installation at its discretion. In the event that the winner is unable to or refuses to have a fence installed in their backyard for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to invalidate such a winner and deem the entire prize (i.e. both element outlined in clause 13(a) and clause 13(b)) to be forfeited by the winner. The Promoter may in some circumstances, in its absolute discretion, consider awarding a winner who is unable to have a fence installed with the element of the prize outlined in clause 13(a) only, in which case the element of the prize outlined in this clause 13(b) will be forfeited by the winner.
