Entry into the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase a new Allianz Home Building and/or Contents, Comprehensive Motor, Third Party Fire and Theft, Third Party Property Damage, Caravan and Trailer or Landlord insurance policy (“Eligible Policies”) through participating financial institution agents of Allianz during the Promotion Period. Allianz reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry and to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion commences at 12.00 am on 2 Feb 2015 and closes at 11.59 pm on 27 March 2015 (“Promotion Period”). All times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Eastern Standard Time. HOW TO ENTER: Entry into the Promotion is automatic when: an entrant purchases any new Eligible Policy through participating financial institution agents during the Promotion Period; or for mortgage broker agents, when an entrant purchases any Eligible policy as a result of a referral by the mortgage broker agent to Allianz during the Promotion Period. The Eligible Policy will be deemed purchased when Allianz receives full payment of the annual policy premium or the first instalment of premium if paying by the month. For the entry to be valid, the Eligible Policy must not be lapsed or cancelled at the time the major prize is drawn. The policy holder shall receive one (1) entry into the draw (maximum 1 draw) depending upon when the Eligible Policy was taken out within the promotional period. If the policy holder purchases multiple policies, the policy holder will receive one (1) entry for each Eligible Policy purchased.
