TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Allianz Australia Insurance Limited (ABN 15 000 122 850, AFS Licence No. 234708) of Level 12, 2 Market Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 ("Promoter").
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. Promotion commences at 12:00am on 1 October 2017 and ends at 11:59pm on 25 November 2017 (“Promotional Period”). All references to times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are a reference to the local time AEST/AEDT (as applicable) in Sydney, New South Wales.
6. To receive an automatic entry into a draw, individuals must purchase an Eligible Policy (as defined below) during the Promotional Period directly via the Allianz website or Allianz Contact Centre. For each Eligible Policy purchased directly via the Allianz website or Allianz Contact Centre during the Promotional Period, individuals will receive one (1) entry into the applicable draw. The policy will be deemed purchased when the Promoter receives full payment of the annual policy premium or the first instalment of premium if paying by the month. For the entry to be valid, the policy must not be lapsed or cancelled at the time the prizes are drawn.
7. Individuals who already hold an existing Eligible Policy (that was purchased directly via the Allianz website or Allianz Contact Centre) prior to the Promotional Period will also receive one (1) automatic entry into the applicable for draw for each Eligible Policy they hold.

11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence and policy) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
12. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14. There will be three (3) draws in total, with one (1) draw for the entries received in respect to each policy category (i.e. Car, Home and Small Business). The draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250 on 14/12/2017 at 10am. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winners will be notified in writing and by telephone within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners’ names will be published on Allianz.com.au from 14/12/2017 and in The Australian newspaper on 21/12/2017.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Car
17. The first valid entry drawn in the Car draw category will win the following prize, valued at up to $59,465:
* A Mazda CX-5 Akera 2.5L petrol. Total value of the vehicle is up to $47,965 including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State).
* Petrol, maintenance and servicing and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Delivery of prize will be determined by geographical location otherwise delivered to winner’s nearest authorised Mazda dealership.
* The winner will also receive a twelve (12) month Allianz Comprehensive Car insurance policy for the above mentioned car up to the value of $1,500 (inclusive of all taxes and charges). Policy terms, conditions, limits, exclusion and underwriting criteria apply.
* $10,000 road trip expenses awarded in the form of a cheque.
18. Home
19. The first valid entry drawn in the Home draw category will win the following prize, valued at up to $211,500:
* An expert consultation for the winner’s home with stylist Darren Palmer and associates up to the value of $10,000. Darren Palmer and associates will attend the winner’s home on a date to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner, and subject to Darren Palmer’s availability and geographic location. In the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to select the date of the consultation. The Prize must be taken between 15/01/2018 – 12/02/2018 (with the exact date communicated to the winner by the Promoter based on Darren Palmer’s availability) and consists of one consultation session only of up to three (3) hours;
* $200,000.00 awarded in the form of a cheque to be used to renovate winner’s home following consultation and advice given by Darren Palmer and associates (as above).
* Receipt of the prize is conditional upon the winner allowing Inside Out/Allianz to photograph/video their house at consultation with Darren Palmer and to be used across print, social and digital assets owned by Nationwide News Pty Limited and Allianz.
* The winner will also receive a twelve (12) month Allianz Home insurance policy home up to the value of $1,500 (inclusive of all taxes and charges). Policy terms, conditions, limits, exclusion and underwriting criteria apply. It is a condition of the policy that the insured notify us if, during the period of insurance, any alterations, additions, demolition, repairs or decoration to the buildings with a commercial value over $50,000) are carried out. 20. Small Business
21. The first valid entry drawn in the Small Business draw will win the following prize, valued at up to $56,500:
* $50,000 awarded in the form of a cheque;
* $5,000 voucher for Newscorp Ltd advertising
* The winner will also receive a twelve (12) month Allianz Small Business insurance policy up to the value of $1,500 (inclusive of all taxes and charges). Policy terms, conditions, limits, exclusion and underwriting criteria apply.
22. The Newscorp Ltd advertising voucher is subject to the following conditions:
1. is valued based on casual advertising rates as per the advertising rate card for the relevant Media at the time the advertising is booked;
2. must be used during the Term (10 months) and any amount not so used expires and winner has no rights or claims against News in relation to such expired or unused advertising;
3. must be used by the winner in relation to their own goods and services and cannot be sold, assigned or otherwise dealt with;
4. must be used and will be published in accordance with standard advertising terms of the relevant Media including as to deadlines.
5. $5K can't be used for eg positional loadings, wraps, production costs;
6. is dependant on availabilities at time of booking; and
7. NewsCorp has the right to decline activity based on creative.
23. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified above, on the voucher and at www.newscorpaustralia.com/sites/default/files/National-Advertising-Terms-and-Conditions.pdf and www.alllianz.com.au/business.
24. General
25. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take / redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
26. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
27. Total prize pool value is up to the value of $327,465.
28. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable.
29. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 14/03/2018 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners’ names will be published on Allianz.com.au from 14/03/2018 and in the Australian newspaper from 19/03/2018.
30. Entrants consent to: (a) participate in reasonable promotional activities, including but not limited to interviews and photographic and recording sessions, in respect to their participation in the promotion (including any outcome); and (b) the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
31. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
32. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
33. To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant in the promotion and the prize winners each releases the Promoter from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred by them in connection with the prize or their participation in the promotion. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss) suffered or sustained by an entrant or the prize winner in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion, or the use of or participation in any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorised intervention, or any combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials related to this promotion.
34. As a condition of accepting a prize, winners must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
35. Privacy Notice: Entry is conditional on providing the requested personal information.
The provisions of our Privacy Policy apply to the personal information of entrants. Our Privacy Policy is available at www.allianz.com.au/about-us/privacy. The Promoter may use and disclose the personal information of a prize winner to third parties for the purposes of:
* publicity in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration, compensation or prior notice to the entrant;
* distribution of the prizes to the prize winner;
* any other reason related to the administration or publicity of the Promotion..
