Who can enter the Competition?
Subject to the proceeding clauses, entry to the Competition is open to residents of all Australi a n States and Territories. A person who is: an Employee; or in the ‘immediate family’ of a person who is an Employee; is not eligible to Participate. For the purposes of this clause, ‘immediate family’ means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin. A person who is below 18 years of age is not eligible to Participate. How to enter the Competition To enter the Competition, Participants are required to subscribe to the Andoo Australia Newsletter by providing their full name, email address and postcode. The Competition is open to new subscribers of the Andoo Australia Newsletter only. Existing subscribers or subscribers who have cancelled their subscription in the last 40 days will not be eligible. Privacy The Promoter collects Personal Information about Participants to include Participants in the Competition and, where appropriate, award Prizes. If the Personal Information requested is not provided, the Participant may not Participate in the Competition. By entering the Competition, each Participant agrees that the Promoter may use Participant’s Personal Information in this manner. Each Participant also agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the Winner’s name and locality in any media as required under the relevant legislation. A copy of the Andoo Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of Personal Information collected may be obtained by contacting the Promoter or by visiting the website https://www.andoo.com.au/s/privacy By entering the Competition, the Participant agrees to the publication of their name on the Promoter’s website and in the Andoo Australia Newsletter if they are declared the Winner. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the Entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for research, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry. Game of Chance The Competition is a game of chance and skill has no effect on the overall result. Prizes and Prize Notification There is 1 (one) Winner, which may be subject to change. The Winner will be randomly selected from the pool of Participants on 07/06/2022. The Winner will be notified by the Promoter by 08/06/2022 via one of its representatives. It is the Participant’s responsibility to provide correct details to confirm acceptance of each Prize. If the winner does not contact the Promoter by phone or via email within two (2) days of being notified they are a Winner, they will forfeit the Prize and another Participant will be selected as a Winner and notified. The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve Entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry is the original winner. The Prize will consist of a $200 Andoo Australia discount code with no minimum spend required. The code is valid for 6 months from the date of issue to the Winner. The $200 voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code, may not be sold or is not redeemable for cash. This promotional code is not transferable and is intended for the sole use of the recipient. Coupons and discount codes do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges or other fees. If the prize is not claimed by 10/06/2022, another Winner will be decided at Level 2, 20A Danks Street, Redfern NSW. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests from the Promoter relating to the Prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the Prize. All decisions of the Promoter with respect to the selection of the Winner are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into. Promoter’s Rights The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and to disqualify any person who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the Entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. No Liability Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any provision of relevant legislation including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its Related Bodies Corporate, their officers, Employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; any tax liability incurred by a Participant; or acceptance or use of a Prize. Intellectual Property All Entries and any copyright subsisting in the Entries becomes and remains the property of the Promoter. All Entries must be submitted in accordance with all relevant laws, including that the Participant warrants that they own copyright in the Entry, or have relevant consents or licences to use the copyright material from the rightful owner. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the Entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the Entries for research, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the Participant. The Promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry. Instagram By entering the Competition, the Participant releases Instagram from any and all liability in relation to the Prize, acceptance of the Prize or Participation into the Competition. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
