Win a 2017 family holiday at Charlotte Pass! - WHO CAN ENTER? Entry in the Promotion is only open to residents in Victoria and New South Wales who are aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrant). Any entries received by any person who is not an Eligible Entrant will be void. (2) Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to enter. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST, Saturday 11 June 2016 and closes at 8:00pm AEST, Friday 23 September 2016 (Promotion Period). HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must: (a) enter their contact details (including full name, phone number, and email address) and age at www.redenergycompetition.com.au/charlottepass; and (b) consent to the Promoter telephoning them to discuss the options available to the Eligible Entrant to sign up to an energy account with the Promoter.   PRIZES: (1) The Promoter is offering Entrants the chance to win a Charlotte Pass Ski Field family holiday for two (2) adults and two (2) children (children age under 13 years) valued up to $11,424 consisting of: (a) seven (7) nights’ accommodation in a classic room (or similar) at the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel, Kosciuszko Road, Charlotte Pass, NSW 2624 for two (2) adults and two (2) children (children age under 13 years); (b) daily buffet breakfast in the restaurant, lunch in the Kosi Bar and Bistro, a la carte dinner in the restaurant for adults and dinner in the Frosty’s Kids club for children; (c) daily lift passes for 8 days for two (2) adults and two (2) (children aged under 13 years); (d) five (5) one and a half (1.5) hour group lessons for two (2) adults and two (2) (children aged under 13 years), lessons are based on age and ability; (e) equipment and clothing hire for eight (8) days for two (2) adults and two (2) (children aged under 13 years) provided by Charlotte Pass; (f) Oversnow transport from Perisher Valley to Charlotte Pass, issued in accordance with clause 7 (Major Prize). The Promoter is offering Entrants the chance to win four (4) identical runner-up prizes. Each runner-up prize will consist of an amount of AUD$300 (GST included) to be credited to an electricity supply contract with the Promoter, for a residential supply address located in NSW or VIC, issued in accordance with the terms of clause 8 (Runner-up Prize). The total prize value of the four (4) Runner-up Prizes is AUD$1,200. (3) The total value of the Major Prize and the Runner-up Prizes (Prizes) is up to a maximum of AUD$12,624. The Prize value is in Australian Dollars.
