Definitions
Eligible Entrant means an individual has entered the game of competition via the Iso- Whey Sports website competition page within the Entry Period and excludes any person who is an employee of FIT, its related entities or agencies associated with the promotion or an immediate relative of an employee of FIT, its related entities or agencies associated with the promotion.
Entry Period means the time between midnight on 13 April 2017 when the competition commences and 11:59pm on 10 May 2017 when the Competition concludes (all times are Australian Eastern Standard Time).
FIT means Fit-BioCeuticals Limited (A.C.N. 062 851 683), the legal owner of the IsoWhey Sports brand and the promoter of the Promotion.
Prize is a signed 2017 Sydney Roosters jersey
Winner means the Eligible Entrant who is selected as the Winner of the Prize in accor-
dance with these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the Promotion. Terms and conditions are ef- fective throughout the Entry Period. These terms and conditions may not otherwise be amended. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by FIT and / or its agents form part of these conditions.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
Competition open to individuals aged 18 years of age or older.
All of FIT’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promotion Overview
To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Peri- od:
Enter your name, date of birth, contact number and email address on the IsoWhey Sports competition landing page, plus complete the competition question field, and once you agree to the terms and conditions on the page, you will automatically go in to the draw to win the Prize.
Promotion Rules and Requirements
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably suspects that such materials are prohibited by these terms and conditions, any relevant law, or are oth- erwise deemed inappropriate. This is at the Promoter's absolute discretion and discus- sions will not be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (in- cluding an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right to dis- qualify any Eligible Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not (in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter) in accordance with these terms and conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not con- stitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries, howsoever caused.
Entry
One entry can be submitted per person during the Entry Period.
FIT accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
FIT assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate informa- tion or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications prob- lems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then FIT may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
Selection of winner
The Winner of the Prize will be chosen by an independent party on FITs behalf.
The selection of a an eligible entrant to be the Winner of the Prize will take place at 14.00 AEST on 12 May 2017 at the offices of FIT-BioCeuticals Ltd, Unit 1, Level 1, 85 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria Sydney NSW 2015.
The Winner of the Prize will be notified by email within 24 hours of selection.
The Winner of the Prize consents to FIT using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of pro- moting the Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufac- tured, distributed and/or supplied by FIT.
Prize
The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The Prize is subject to these terms and conditions. FIT is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner as a result of receiving the Prize.
In the event that the Prize (in whole or in part) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of FIT, then FIT may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner of the Prize will be responsible for any extra charges incurred in receiving the Prize, including, but not limited to assembly of any one or more components of the Prize.
Claiming the Prize
Notification of the Prize will be delivered by email to the Winner of the Prize within 24 hours of the selection of the Winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
FIT reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of Winner and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in the Promotion. Verifica- tion is at the discretion of FIT, whose decision is final. FIT reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of the Promotion. FIT is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Unclaimed prize
If a Prize remains unclaimed, a second chance draw will be held at 2pm on 15 May 2017 in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize. The second chance draw Prize winner will be notified by email.
Privacy
Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promo- tion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding the Promotion to all participating parties.
By entering the Promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their information as de- scribed and agree that FIT may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the Eligible Entrant.
