2.1. Subject to paragraph 2.2, entry into the Competition is open to all residents of Victoria aged 18 and over. 2.2. Employees (and immediate family members of employees) of the Promoter and its associated agencies are not eligible to enter the Competition. 2.3. The Promoter will not accept any joint entry. 3. COMPETITION PERIOD 3.1. The Competition commences at 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Thursday 30th August 2018 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 16 September 2018 (Competition Period). 3.2. Entries not received during the Competition Period or not completed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will not be eligible to win. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s Competition Webpage entry form and not at the time of submission by the Entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. 4. HOW TO ENTER 4.1. By entering the Competition entrants agree to the Competition Terms & Conditions. Entry into this Competition is only available by going to the Competition Webpage, www.customaflfinal.com entering your details and answering a question in the required form and submitting your entry. 4.2. Entries are required to go to the competition website www.customaflfinal.com enter their details, their AFL Club and tell us about their most memorable AFL Grand Final moment via the Competition entry form. 5. PRIZE AND NOTIFICATION 5.1. At the end of the Competition Period, all entries will be judged by the Promoter and one entry will be declared the winner. 5.2. Judging will be conducted by the Promoter on Monday 17th September 2018 at 60 Denmark Street, Kew, Victoria, 3101. The winning entry will be the one judged by the Promoter to be the most creative answer to the question ‘Tell us about your most memorable AFL moment?’ 5.3. The winner, in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, will win: 2 x 2018 AFL Grand Final tickets 1 x $695 Custom Plates voucher 1 x AFL Sherrin football 1 x merchandise pack for the winners AFL club 5.4. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any and all aspects of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 5.5. The prize winner will be notified by email or phone call (as they supplied as part of the competition entry form) on Tuesday 18th September 2018. 5.6. In the event that the winner judged by the Promoter is not contactable by the Promoter, or the winner does not respond to the notification that he or she has won the competition or provide an address for written notification by 3:00pm AEST Saturday 22nd September 2018, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best judged entry submitted. 5.7. The prizes are supplied by both the AFL and Custom Plates. 5.8. In accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter is not involved in supplying or delivering the prize at the Event and therefore has no obligation or duty to the prize winner in relation to the prize. 5.9. The maximum total prize value is AU$1,200.00 5.10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The prize is not redeemable for cash and must be taken as offered. 5.11. In the event that the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Where the prize is substituted the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to provide a substitute prize to the satisfaction of the winner. 6. INFORMATION FOR PRIZE WINNER 6.1. All entrants agree to provide the Promoter with identification and/or proof of age if selected as a prize winner. The form of identification and/or proof of age are at the discretion of the Promoter. 6.2. The winners agree to comply with these Conditions of Entry, and any Attendance Conditions to the Event available at www.afl.com.au and displayed at entrances to the Event. 6.3. Spending money, meals and all other ancillary costs incurred as a result of taking the prize (including, without limitation, transport to and from the Event, airline and/or airport taxes and transfers, where applicable) are not included and remain the responsibility of the winners. All elements of the prize must be taken to coincide with the Event and any element not taken at the time(s) stipulated will be taken to be forfeited. 7. CONSENT TO COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DETAILS 7.1 By entering the Competition and supplying the details as required on the entry form the Entrant agrees to the Promoter and the Organiser collecting and using his/her personal information for the purposes of contacting the Entrant about Custom Plates and any marketing or programs associated with Custom Plates. 7.2 The Promoter’s privacy policy is available at www.vplates.com.au/privacy 7.3 The Organiser’s privacy policy is available at http://www.afl.com.au/privacy
