NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS COMPETITION. Open to legal residents of South
Australia, 18 or older. Competition begins 01/01/18 and ends 5:00 p.m. CDT 18/02/18. Odds of
winning the grand prize depend on number of eligible competition entrants. Subject to full Official
Rules. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions of entry.

Eligibility: The Win a Jayco competition (sponsored by the Caravan & Camping Industries Association
of South Australia) is open to individuals who are legal residents of South Australia who at time of
entry reside within South Australia and are age 18 or older. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO SUBMIT
AN ENTRY. Each person is allowed one online per valid email address and one entry using the unique
code on the official Show Program for the Let’s Go Caravan & Camping Show. Employees of the
Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia, and their immediate families and
agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to win the Win a Jayco competition.

This competition is governed by Australian law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local

PRIZE:
GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) 2018 Jayco "Swift" Camper Trailer
standard chassis Approximate Retail Value $ 18,590. The Prize is non-transferable and no
substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible
competition entrants.
Entry: Entry is via downloading the “99 Experiences” E-book from
www.caravanandcampingsa.com.au agreeing to receive electronic marketing material from the
Caravan and Camping Industries association of Australia and Australian Caravan Company.
Subscribers will have the opportunity to unsubscribe. Entrants must enter their name, email address
and phone number. An additional opportunity to enter is available via unique code printed in the
official Show Program for the Let’s Go Caravan & Camping Show, where the entrant will fill out their
name, email address and phone number into an online entry form along with the unique code.
Selection and Notification: In order to be eligible, entrants must release all required permissions
and proceed through all steps of the Win a Jayco competition entry process. The grand prize winning
entrant will be selected randomly at the office of the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of
South Australia on Monday the 26th of February 2018 at 3pm located at Level 1/ 180 Greenhill Road,
Parkside SA from all eligible entries in the presence of a registered Accountant. The selection is final.
The grand prize winner will be notified by phone call approximately at 4:00pm 26 February 2018 as

the primary method of contact or email at approximately 4:15pm 26 February 2018 as the secondary
method of contact. At the sole discretion of the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South
Australia, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of
the following: 1 The return of an email notification as undeliverable after one (1) attempt; 2
Potential winner’s failure to provide CCIASA with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency at
time of redemption; 3 Failure to follow correct prize redemption procedure as outlined in grand
prize winner notification email; 5 Potential winner's failure to respond to communication after a
period of 24 hours from send date of phone call or email notification. Upon contacting a potential
winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including
without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers,
such individuals will be declared the "winners" of the Promotion. The Grand Prize winner will be
listed on our website on Tuesday 27 February 2018 to Friday 9 March 2018.
Prize Redemption: After being notified by The Caravan & Camping Industries Association of SA, the
winner will be contacted by Australian Caravan Company to arrange collection or delivery. The
Caravan & Camping Industries Association holds no responsibility for the distribution of the prize
after the winner has been confirmed. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have the
appropriate towing gear fitted to a compliant tow vehicle. Delivery will be from Australian Caravan
Company and it is the winners cost for any delivery charges outside of Metro Adelaide. The prize is
not redeemable for cash.
Consent and Release: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release the Caravan
& Camping Industries Association of South Australia from any claims and/or liability relating to their
participation, acceptance and use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage
caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this competition or use or misuse of the prize. By
participating, entrants agree that any dispute related to this competition shall be litigated only in
courts in Adelaide, South Australia. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants understand and agree
(and agree to confirm in writing): to abide to these Official Rules which are final and binding and the
decisions of the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia with respect to all
aspects of the Giveaway, which are final. By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to receipt
of any email regarding the promotion from the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South
Australia and other emails that inform the entrant of the Caravan & Camping Industries Association
of South Australia’s other publication, products, services and events and to promote third party
goods and services it may be interested in. The winner agrees to take part in any post-Competition
publicity at the request of the CCIASA and Australian Caravan Company. By entering the
Competition, entrants agree to unrestricted use of any post-competition publicity for CCIASA and
Australian Caravan Company own purposes in all activities, without limitation, marketing and
promotional activities worldwide including use on websites and social media channels. Entrants
agree to a complete release of Facebook and acknowledge that the promotion is in no way
sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Each participant is providing
information to the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia.
General: The Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia will not be responsible for
late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accepts no responsibility for any
injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in the Promotion. Except
for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of
South Australia (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including
negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not
limited to, where arising out of the following; (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction
(whether or not under the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; any entry or prize claim that is late,

lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Caravan & Camping
Industries Association of South Australia) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia; (d) any variation in prize value that is
stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f)
redemption of the prize; and/or (g) participation in the promotion. All entries submitted become the
property of the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia. Entries will not be
returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant agrees to
assign all of their rights, title and interest in and to their entry to the Caravan & Camping Industries
Association of South Australia. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Caravan & Camping Industries
Association of South Australia against all claims and costs by third parties. If, for any reason, this
competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the
control of the CCIASA, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of this competition, the CCIASA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft
or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries. All entries are deemed to be
received at the time of receipt into the promotional database NOT time of transmission by the
entrant. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and waives, and
releases the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia, and all other businesses
involved in this Promotion, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from, all
claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the
Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize
(including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries,
death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a
theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. In the event of war,
terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South
Australia reserves the right (subject to reference to all relevant state and territory regulations), to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, along with these Official
Rules. The Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia understands that
participants may have concerns about their privacy and the confidentiality and security of
information that the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia may obtain about
them. The Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia policy is to protect
participants privacy and personal information that it may collect from time to time. The Caravan &
Camping Industries Association of South Australia has undertaken to comply with the requirements
of the Privacy Act, 1988 and the National Privacy Principles included in the Privacy Act (Private
