Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents.
3. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further,
the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and
Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further
agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the
following: Spouse, child, sibling, parent.
5. Entries into the promotion open at 12am AEDT on 10/02/2021 and close at 11:59pm
AEST on 07/04/2021(“Promotional Period”).
6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period, either:
(a) join the BP Rewards membership program (if not already a member); and/or
(b) make an eligible transaction at a participating BP Rewards service station
(see bprewards.com.au/terms-and-conditions for a list of eligible transactions
and participating service stations) (“Eligible Transaction”)); and
(c) when making an Eligible Transaction, scan their BP Rewards Card or BP
Rewards-linked Qantas Frequent Flyer Card at the time of the transaction.
7. To become a BP Rewards member, individuals may:
(a) visit the BP Rewards website and complete the online registration process;
(b) visit the Qantas website and complete the online registration process; or
(c) Download the BPme App and complete the registration process to create a
BP Account and participate in BP Rewards.
8. Upon completing the ‘Set Password’ step and becoming a BP Rewards member,
individuals will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw (“Initial Entry”).
Individuals who are already BP Rewards members will not be eligible for an Initial
Entry.
9. To scan a BP Rewards Card (or linked Qantas Frequent Flyer Card) and receive one
(1) automatic entry into the draw, BP Reward members must make an Eligible
Transaction and scan their BP Rewards Card (or linked Qantas Frequent Flyer Card)
at the time of making their transaction. The entry must be received during the
Promotional Period and will be deemed received only when received by the Promoter.
If a product associated with the Eligible Transaction is returned, then the automatic

entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is
defective).
10. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) Initial Entry is
permitted per person; (b) only one (1) entry is permitted per Eligible Transaction; and
(c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry
requirements.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including producing documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction
an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has
breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process,
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair
and proper conduct of the promotion, acted in a disruptive, annoying, threatening,
abusive or harassing manner; done anything that may diminish the good name or
reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies
associated with this competition, breached any law or behaved in a way that is
otherwise inappropriate. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's
discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or
other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
12. The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are
misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, illegible or incorrectly submitted. Incomplete or
indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14. The draw will take place at Pilgrim, 51A/23 Norton Street, Leichardt NSW 2040 at
12:00pm (noon) AEST on 07/05/2021, in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an
invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified in writing within
two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be announced online at
bp.com.au commencing on 21/05/2021.
15. If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this
promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your
point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond
to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in
connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
16. The first valid entry drawn will win their choice of either:
(a) The prize is a 2021 Kia Picanto (automatic or manual transmission)
valued at $17,980. Total prize value includes all statutory and on road
costs including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty
and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). Additional
insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the
responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion,
accommodate the winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic
options), subject to availability. The winner must collect the prize from the
nearest authorised dealership. If the winner is, through any legal
incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then

the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such
assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The
Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the
winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with
certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter
before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the
winner (or a representative of the winner/the winner’s parent/legal
guardian if the winner is under the age of 18) may be required to sign a
legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion;
or
(b) $15,000 worth UBER/UberEats Credit. The UBER/UberEats Credit will
be awarded in the form of one (1) UBER/UberEats single code (Code). .
The Code will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Any ancillary
costs associated with redeeming the UBER/UberEats Code is not
included. Any unused balance of the UBER/UberEats Code will not be
awarded as cash. Redemption of the UBER/UberEats Code is subject to
any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified.. The
UBER/UberEats Code is limited to the winner’s UBER/UberEats account
only. . It has no cash value. To redeem, UBER/UberEats Code must be
applied to the Payment section of the UBER/UberEats app prior to
requesting the intended trip/order. UBER Code is valid for rides requested
using applicable UBER App and is only valid in areas serviced by UBER.
UberEats Code is only valid for orders placed using the Uber Eats App
and is only valid in areas serviced by UberEats. Taxes and other fees will
be covered provided that the value of the UBER/UberEats Code is greater
than the total order amount. Offer is non-transferable, subject to change or
cancellation. Issues involving redemption and/or use of the UBER/UberEats
Code should be directed to BP at www.bp.com.au.
To redeem this prize:
1. Go to the Payment section in the Uber app;
2. Tap 'Add Payment Method' and select 'Gift Card'; and
3. Enter the Code.
By using this Credit, you accept the following terms and conditions: This
gift card will expire three years from the date of activation. Upon
expiration, unused funds will not be refunded or credited. This card is
redeemable via the Uber or Uber Eats app within Australia in cities where
Uber or Uber Eats is available. The card is non-reloadable and cannot be
redeemed for cash, refunded, or replaced, except as required by law,

17. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the
winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
18. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take
and/or redeem the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the
Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.

19. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute
the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written
directions from a regulatory authority.
20. Total prize pool value is up to $17,980. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize,
is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
21. A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 09/08/2021 at the same time and
place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The
winner, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and
their name will be announced online at bp.com.au commencing on 20/08/2021.
22. If any prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be
found, that information will be published on the Website on 20/09/2021.
23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the
event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in
any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting
this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
24. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or
fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
25. Any cost associated with accessing the BP Membership registration page is the
entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
26. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under
the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the
ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia
(“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be
excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its
respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence),
for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
27. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is
not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late,
lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability
incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

28. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation
as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute
discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. In the event
a winner is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will
be required to sign the legal documentation required under this clause on their behalf.
29. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion
and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to
agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian
regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also
use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
www.bp.com.au. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy
Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the
PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including
sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also
contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their
PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or
any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries
