Win a 20QT Cooler! - • The promoter is: Pelican Products PTY LTD whose registered office is at West Wing, Platinum Building, Suite 2.33 4 Ilya Av, Erina, NSW 2250. • The competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 16 years or over except employees of Pelican Products Pty Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. • The prize includes 1 x 20QT Elite Cooler (valued at $259.95). Colour provided is at Pelican’s discretion • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. • A person may only enter once. Additional entries from the same person will be disqualified. • A winner will be chosen, based on the best answer to the following question: “In 25 words or less, tell us what you would use your brand new 20QT cooler for this Father’s Day” All entries to the competition will be judged, and chosen based on the criteria. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Pelican’s marketing team. • The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. • Competition is open from 27th Aug 20 UNTIL 6th Sep 20, after this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted. The winner being drawn on 9th Sep 20, and contacted thereafter. • Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Data will be used to send mailers, of which the entrant can opt out of at any time.
