1. Competition
There will be 12 eligible giveaways to register for via a Gleam competition URL link. Registration through Gleam will be required with additional actions to be taken for multiple entries.

3. Duration
3.1 The Competition will run from 1 December 2022 and will end on the 12 December 2022. Genesis Health & Fitness will not change the Closing Date unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make it unavoidable.
3.2 There will be 12 eligible giveaway posts during the competition period. Each daily competition will run from approximately 12:00am AEST to 10:00 AEST the next day.
4. Who Can Enter
4.1 Except as set out in Rule 4.2, the Competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 and must be residing in Australia.
4.2 The Competition is not open to employees of Genesis Health & Fitness or any Partner, or any of their wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, service provider or other person involved directly with the administration of the Competition, or any member of their households.
5. How To Enter
5.1 Entry is activated upon logging into the Gleam competition page and by actioning at least one of the competition entry requirements.
5.2 Multiple entries are permitted through the Gleam competitions ‘ways to enter’ listing.
6. How The Winner(s) Will Be Chosen
6.1 The winning entrants will be automatically selected at random through Gleam.
6.2 The selection of the Winners under Rule 6.1 will be final.
6.3 The winner must respond, provide any additional information for delivery of the prize, and accept their prize within 48 hours of contact. If there is no response, a new winner may be drawn.
7. Winner Announcement
7.1 One winner per giveaway will be selected per day during the promotion period unless otherwise specified. The Winner(s) will be drawn and contacted personally as soon as practicable.
7.2 The name(s) of the Winner(s) will be contacted via email or social media by an authorised representative of Belgravia Health + Fitness. Additional information such as address details may be requested for delivery of product.
7.3 If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 business days from being contacted by Belgravia Health + Fitness or the relevant partners, we reserve the right to re-allocate your prize to another winner.

8.2 If the prize(s) is unavailable, the Partner Organisation in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the product with a product to the equal value.
8.3 The prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed or taken for cash.
8.4 The prize(s) will require a valid active email address and/or residential address in Australia for delivery to be fulfilled.
8.5 To access the Mad Mex Prize, the winner will need to download the Mad Mex app and sign up. The prize money will be credited to your Mad Mex account. The usage period is 12 months.
8.6 The Pure Glamping voucher can only be applied to a Pure Glamping 2-night stay for 2 guests at one of our Pure Glamping locations. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or be replaced after expiry. Advanced bookings are required, and some blackout periods or limited availability may apply to special event periods and public holidays. Voucher is valid for 3 years from date of issue.
8.7 Flowers Across prize is a single bouquet up to the value of $150. (Can only be 1 bouquet, and in 1 single transaction for the value of $150 or below)
9. Winner Publicity
9.1 Entrants accept that, if they win, Genesis Health & Fitness will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the Winner(s) of the Competition and for related promotional purposes.
10. Data Privacy
10.1 Personal information about the Winner(s) will be shared with the relevant competition partners to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to those Winner(s).
10.2 Genesis Health & Fitness would like to keep entrants informed of products and services available which may be of interest by email, SMS, telephone or such other means. However, if you specifically do not want to be contacted you may opt-out of any future communication.
10.3 Genesis Health & Fitness will not pass your email address to third parties for marketing purposes.
11. General
11.1 By submitting their entry, Competition entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms.
11.2 The Competition and these Terms will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
11.3 Entrants and participants in the competition acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook and entrants and participants in the competition release Facebook and its associated companies from all liability arising from the promotion.
