How can one enter?
To enter, participants must:
1. Take and edit a photo in the Barossa region.
2. Upload the photo to Instagram or Facebook.
3. Tag @mybarossa and use the hashtag #2025barossacalendar.
4. Ensure Instagram accounts are set to public and Facebook photos are set to public audience.
What are the prizes and their details?
- One image per month will be selected for each of the 12 months of the calendar year, including a cover photo, totalling 13 images.
- The People's Choice winner will receive either a $250 Barossa Experience Voucher or a $250 Barossa Made Wares & Food Pantry Voucher.
- Winning photographers will be acknowledged with a short description of the image and their name, and will receive a free copy of the calendar.
- Winning photographs will be displayed in an exhibition at the Barossa Regional Gallery from August 1 to August 31, 2024, and will be available for sale at the Barossa Regional Gallery and the Barossa Visitor Centre, Tanunda.
Total prize pool amount
The total prize pool value is up to $3,250, which includes the value of the vouchers and the printed calendars provided to the winning photographers.
