WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDST on 25/03/2015 and ends at 11:59am AEST on 19/05/2015 (“Competition Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Obela product from a participating store (a participating store being any store displaying the promotional material) during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).
To enter, individuals must then complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:   
(a) visit the Obela Australia Facebook Page at www.facebook.com.au/obelaAU (“Facebook Page”);   
(b) follow the prompts to the ‘Obela World Food Tour” promotional application;    
(c) input the requested details as prompted, including an answer to the question “What was your first experience with Obela hommus like?” in at least 25 words:   
(d) upload an accompanying photograph and/or video to support to their entry (optional); and then   
(e) submit the fully completed entry form.
Uploaded photo files, if submitted, must be submitted in JPG or PNG format. Uploaded video files, if submitted, must be submitted in FLV or MP4 format, and must be no longer than 2 minutes in length.  All uploaded files together must not exceed 10MB.
Each entrant warrants that the entry submitted (including uploaded files) is the original and creative work of the entrant that does not infringe on the rights of any third party. The content featured in each entry must comply with the provisions contained in clause 20.
PRIZE:
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win a trip for two (2) people, to the winner’s choice of three (3) destinations from the following eight (8) destination options:
     1) New York, USA; 
     2) Paris, France;   
     3) Rome, Italy;   
     4) Buenos Aires, Argentina;     
     5) Mexico City, Mexico;   
     6) Athens, Greece;     
     7) Marrakech, Morocco; or   
     8) Tel Aviv, Israel.
Prize is valued at up to AU$25,000.00 depending on the destinations chosen, date of travel and point of departure and includes:
 • Two (2) economy airfares from:   
o the winner's nearest Australian capital city to destination 1;   
o destination 1 to destination 2; and    
o destination 2 to destination 3; and  
 o destination 3 back to the winner’s nearest Australian capital city
The order that the three (3) destinations chosen by the winner will be visited during the trip will be determined by the Promoter in consultation with the winner. In the event of a disagreement, the Promoter’s decision will be final; • A total of fifteen (15) nights twin share accommodation across all three (3) chosen destinations staying in minimum 4 star accommodation, for two (2) people (exact hotels determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion);  • AU$2,000 spending money for the winner only. Spending money will be transferred to winner's nominated Australian bank account one (1) week before departure;  • Private return airport/accommodation transfers in each destination city for two (2) people; and • Lonely Planet’s Food Lovers Guide to the World book for the winner.
Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken sometime between 01/08/2015 and 01/12/2016 (excluding 15/12/2015 to 15/01/2016) and is subject to booking and flight availability.
